Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) granules are thermoplastic resin pellets produced by polymerizing ethylene under high pressure to form a highly branched molecular structure. This unique structure gives LDPE its signature flexibility, toughness, and excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals. The granules are widely used as a base material for film extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding applications, offering exceptional clarity and processability. LDPE demonstrates good impact strength, electrical insulation, and resistance to acids, alcohols, and esters, making it ideal for manufacturing films, bags, liners, and flexible containers. With a low melting point of around 110°C, LDPE can be easily heat-sealed and reshaped, ensuring versatility in packaging and protective applications. Additionally, LDPE is lightweight, non-toxic, and recyclable, providing both functional performance and environmental sustainability across a wide range of industries.
